A Different Approach
This is where my approach is different.
I specialise in anxiety and use a focused combination of therapy and hypnotherapy to help you get to the root of what’s keeping it going—not just manage the symptoms. Many of the people I work with come to me after trying other therapies without success, and are looking for something that actually creates lasting change.
I am fully qualified, fully insured and enhanced DBS checked. All therapy sessions remain confidential.
Can I Be Anxiety Free?
To be free from anxiety—not just manage it—two important things need to happen.
First, your nervous system needs to calm down. When your body is constantly on edge, it keeps anxiety going, no matter how much you try to think your way out of it.
Second, we need to identify and address the root cause of what’s driving it. Without this, anxiety often returns, even if it improves temporarily.
This is where hypnotherapy can be so effective.
Rather than only working at the level of conscious thinking, hypnotherapy allows us to work with the part of your mind where anxiety patterns are created and stored. This means we can calm the nervous system more quickly, while also accessing and resolving the deeper causes of the anxiety in a way that talking alone often can’t reach.
This is why many of my clients come to me after trying other approaches. They’re not looking for more coping strategies—they’re looking for something that actually changes how they feel.

I’m an experienced therapist and hypnotherapist with over 9 years of practice, specialising in anxiety.
Before this, I worked in corporate management, so I understand first-hand the pressures, stress, and expectations that many people are dealing with daily.
My approach is calm, practical, and focused on results. There’s no one-size-fits-all method—everything is tailored to you and what you need.
